I took pleasure in reading Vanessa’s University Wisdom book. The book is truly practical, easy to read & full of invaluable secrets to success first hand from her experiences.
Along the book you will find a clear step by step guide with summaries for each chapter. In addition, useful websites, tables, charts and some easy to remember terminology are provided, such as her 80% and 2-Day rule.
I certainly recommend this book not just for students but for everyone. And, while you read the book bear in mind her useful insights to keep you on your path toward success.

The style of the book is straightforward and conversational and Vanessa McCallum has personalised the book by liberally illustrating with anecdotes from her own experiences as a student at University. In addition, she provides charts, tables and invaluable website addresses for further research. Every topic is clearly headed and numbered and a summary is provided at the end of each chapter. In addition, the final chapter brings together all the chapter summaries and this, together with a glossary and index, make the book an extremely useful reference tool. In University Wisdom Vanessa McCallum has left no stone unturned. I recommend this book to all students completing secondary studies and contemplating further education, and also those already at university. I am confident that they will find many relevant and helpful suggestions within its pages.

After reading "University Wisdom" I would advise parents and grandparents to seriously consider purchasing this book for their children.
As a grandparent myself and having a lot to do with my grandson's friends, I feel it would be one of the best investments you could make.

No it's wonderful and the way that you've covered it and the summaries the whole works - you've put so much into it and I think that's why it's so adaptable to so many other things other than just people going to uni.
Just from my sort of read of it and just putting a few notes here and there it's just so well written that it's such a good read for all ages and I think as you said, to help parents as well as grandparents who are in the world of children and grandchildren asking questions and being needed.
